Micro-fiction/Flash fiction

The Tuner

I caressed her body, feeling her perfect curves.
She was flawless.
Perfectly bronzed skin, smooth to my touch.
I opened her up, and gazed at her perfect ivory nails.
Touched her 88 times, she made many beautiful sounds.
Perfection.
Except for that C, which is so hard to tune.

Captivity
It stared at me.
Those tiny eyes.
Unforgettable.
Its eyes begged me to spare its life.
Sadly, that wasn't part of my job description.
I took out my gun, and loaded it.
Bang!
I put it in my truck.
It wrote "To the Singapore Zoo"

A Conversation

 "How was your life?"
"Fine, but very boring."
 "I lived on the edge."
"Lucky you."
"Don't worry, we will get another chance."
"Met Peter yet, he said that i am going to heaven."
"Nah, i don't dare. i sinned too much."
The mortician made him point his middle finger.
Laughter filled the mort.

Parent's Response to e-Bookshelf

My mother has absolutely no idea as to why we need an e-bookshelf. She says that if we don't utilise it, there is no point in having one. There is no point in creating something that we don't use, or even bother to use. Sometimes, it is true, that i totally and utterly forget that i have an e-bookshelf. But when i finally come around and take a look at it. I get reminded that i have not read many books in the past month.

She isn't impressed with my book count. There is barely enough to fill the page. But, she knows. If i am willing to keep up this bookshelf, only then, will it be succesful.
